4ème congrès national de ATTAC/CADTM,

le 27, 28 et 29 janvier 2012 à Rabat

Sous le thème «Renforcer la dimension populaire de la lutte contre la mondialisation capitaliste au Maroc», l’association ATTAC/CADTM Maroc tiendra son 4ème congrès national le 27, 28 et 29 janvier 2012 à Rabat.  

Chaque deux ans, ce rendez-vous lui permet de renouveler ses structures organisationnelles et de fixer ses priorités pour les deux ans à venir. Une régularité qui date depuis son congrès extraordinaire de 2005. Ces trois jours permettront aux militant-e-s de notre organisation de dresser un bilan social et économique du Maroc d’aujourd’hui. Également le congrès discutera des perspectives qui s’ouvrent dans notre pays.

Notre congrès se tient dans un contexte d’effervescence des résistances. Le printemps des peuples au Machrek-Maghreb comme en Espagne, aux États-Unis, au Chili ou en Inde marque le début d’une phase inédite dans notre pays comme partout ailleurs dans le monde.

Ce 4ème congrès survient dans un contexte de crise économique mondiale qui s’est prolongée en une crise de la dette publique et en des programmes d’austérité. Les premières victimes de ces plans sont les citoyens -au Nord comme au Sud- qui payent les frais de la faillite des banques et de «l’économie casino». Cette crise systémique conforte l’urgence du combat contre la mondialisation capitaliste et tous les dégâts qu’elle occasionne pour la société, l’économie et l’environnement.

Au Maroc, le Mouvement du 20 février (M20) est l’expression marocaine du printemps des peuples. Parmi les revendications de ce mouvement populaire et sociétal, le refus de la marchandisation des services publics, des privatisations et de la gestion déléguée. Le M20 appelle également à la lutte contre le népotisme et la dette publique comme une des facettes des scandales financiers au Maroc. Tous ces objectifs, nous les portons, à contre-courant de la pensée dominante, depuis notre création en 2001. Comme annoncé dans le slogan de notre congrès, nous œuvrons avant et durant et après ce congrès à enraciner ces thématiques dans la société et leur donner une dimension populaire dans le cadre de nos plans d’actions. De sorte à concorder avec le but qui nous anime celui de faire d’ATTAC un «mouvement d’éducation populaire orienté vers l’action».

Réfléchir aux moyens de résister à l’offensive néolibérale se fera lors de notre congrès en présence de plusieurs organisations amies, marocaines et étrangères (Tunisie et Belgique) qui partagent nos objectifs. Ça sera l’occasion pour nous tous, de réfléchir aux alternatives possibles à la mondialisation capitaliste. Comme nous, ces militants œuvrent pour construire un autre monde et un autre Maroc devenus tous les deux essentiels. Ceux de la liberté, de la dignité et de la justice sociale.

اطاك تعقد مؤتمرها الوطني الرابع أيام 27-28-29 يناير 2012 بالرباط

تحت شعار"من اجل تعميق البعد الشعبي للنضال ضد العولمة الرأسمالية بالمغرب" تعقد جمعية اطاك مؤتمرها الوطني الرابع أيام 27-28-29 يناير 2012 بالرباط. موعد تنظيمي و إشعاعي دأبت جمعيتنا على ترسيخه كل سنتين منذ المؤتمر الاستثنائي ل 2005

ستكون هذه المحطة فرصة لمناضلي ومناضلات الجمعية لنقاش الوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي و التحولات التي يعرفها المغرب على ضوء ما تعرفه الساحة النضالية من مستجدات أبرزها ربيع الشعوب بمنطقة مشرق-مغرب كما بعدة دول العالم (اسبانيا، أمريكا، الشيلي، الهند...). سياق المؤتمر يتسم أيضا بتزامنه مع استمرار الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية و التي تحولت لأزمة مديونية عمومية يتحمل أعباءها المواطنون بالشمال كما بالجنوب. أزمة النظام الاقتصادي العالمي تؤكد راهنية النضال ضد العولمة الرأسمالية وما تخلفه من إضرار اجتماعية، اقتصادية وبيئية.

بالمغرب، ظهرت حركة 20 فبراير كتعبير مغربي عن ربيع الشعوب. هذه الحركة الجماهيرية و المجتمعية رفعت شعارات تتجاوب مع مطالبنا الرافضة لتسليع الخدمات العمومية عن طريق الخوصصة و التدبير المفوض والمنادية لمحاربة الفساد والديون العمومية و التي هي أحد مظاهر الفساد المالي بالمغرب. سنسعى خلال مؤتمرنا لوضع أوراش ستساعدنا الاشتغال على هذه المواضيع وإعطائها البعد الشعبي انسجامنا مع شعارنا " اطاك: حركة تثقيف شعبي متجه نحو الفعل".

التفكير في سبل مقاومة الهجوم النيوليبرالي على الحقوق الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية والبدائل الممكنة سيتم بحضور مناضلين من إطارات صديقة بالمغرب والخارج (تونس و بلجيكا) . مناضلون يطمحون أيضا لبناء عالم أخر. كما نطمح لبناء مغرب اخر مغرب أصبح ضروريا، مغرب الحرية، الكرامة و العدالة الاجتماعية.

Dear Comrades;

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our 4th national Congress on 27, 28 and 29 January 2012, in Rabat under the theme:

"Strengthen the popular dimension of the fight against capitalist globalisation to the Morocco".

Every two years, this appointment allows us to renew our organisational structures and to set our priorities for the next two years. A regularity respected by ATTAC/CADTM Morocco since since our extraordinary Congress of 2005. These three days will allow the activist-e-s of our Organization for stocktaking social and economic situation in Morocco today and also Congress will discuss the perspectives which open in our country.

Our Congress is held in a particular context of effervescence of the resistance. The spring of peoples in the Mashreq-Maghreb as in Spain, in the United States, to the Chile or India marks the beginning of a new phase in our country as elsewhere in the world.

This 4th Congress occurs in a context of global economic crisis, extended a public debt crisis and austerity programs. The first victims of these plans are citizens - to the North as in the South - who pay the expenses of the bankruptcy of banks and "casino economy". This systemic crisis reinforces the urgency of the fight against capitalist globalization and all the damage it causes to society, the economy and the environment.

Morocco, February 20 (M20) movement is the Moroccan expression of the spring of peoples. Among the claims of this popular movement and societal, the refusal of the privatization of the public services. The M20 also calls for the fight against nepotism and public debt as one of the facets of corporate scandals in the Morocco. We have been claiming and defending those objectives against the liberal dominant thinking, since our inception in 2001.

As announced in the slogan, we work before and during and after this Congress to root these themes in society and give them a popular dimension in our action plans. To be consistent with the purpose that animates the ATTAC/CADTM to an "action-oriented popular education movement".

Therefore, we will be happy to have you among us, and your presence will certainly be a great support to the struggles still outstanding in our country for more freedom and dignity
