Caravane de solidarité avec les 850 mineurs licenciés

En solidarité avec les 850 travailleurs de SMESI suspendus du travail, L’AMDH organise une caravane de solidarité vers Khouribga

L’Association Marocaine des Droits Humains (AMDH) a suivi avec inquiétude tant au niveau local que central les développements du dossier des 850 travailleurs de la société SMESI appartenant au groupe de l’Office Chérifien des Phosphates qui ont travaillé de manière permanente pour le compte de cet office à partir de 2001.

Suite à la suspension de l’ensemble des travailleurs et leur privation de leur gagne pain, leurs familles, dont les enfants en âge de scolarité, sont réduites à la déchéance. Malgré tous les efforts fournis par la section de l’AMDH de Khouribga en coopération avec le syndicat UMT qui encadre les travailleurs au niveau local, malgré les grandes luttes des travailleurs et leurs sacrifices, ainsi que les correspondances du Bureau Central de l’AMDH adressées au Premier Ministre, au Ministre de l’emploi, à la Ministre de l’énergie et des mines et au directeur général de l’OCP, les responsables ont continué à faire la sourde oreille aux revendications des travailleurs qui sont pour l’essentiel :

- Le retour au travail de l’ensemble des salariés suspendus.

- Le respect des libertés et des droits syndicaux et l’ouverture d’un dialogue sérieux et responsable avec les représentants des travailleurs.

- La satisfaction des revendications légitimes des travailleurs.

En Considération de ce qui précède et vue la nécessité de sauver 850 familles d’une déchéance sociale certaine, le bureau central de l’AMDH a décidé en coopération avec la section locale de l’Association d’organiser une caravane vers Khouribga en solidarité avec les travailleurs de SMESI et leurs familles le dimanche 13 septembre 2009 sous le mot d’ordre :

« Non à déchéance des travailleurs et de leurs familles : Totale solidarité avec les 850 travailleurs de SMESI pour leurs droits légitimes »

Il a été décidé que les différentes composantes de la caravane partant des différentes régions du Maroc arrivent à Khouribga à 13h. Les activités militantes programmées – auxquelles participeront les membres de la caravane, les travailleurs de SMESI, leurs familles et leur syndicat ainsi que les citoyennes et citoyens de la région qui appuient leur combat – prendront fin vers 16h. Vue l’importance de la solidarité pour imposer le retour au travail des salariés de SMESI et le respect de leurs droits ainsi que le sauvetage des 850 familles concernées, le bureau central de l’AMDH appelle l’ensemble des forces démocratiques – politiques, syndicales, de défense des droits humains, des jeunes, des femmes et associatives diverses – à participer à la caravane vers Khouribga, aux activités programmées à cette occasion et au succès de cette noble action de solidarité.Il appelle également le directeur général de l’OCP et les autorités concernées à ouvrir d’urgence un dialogue sincère et fructueux avec les représentants des travailleurs pour mettre un terme aux terribles conséquences sociales de ce conflit.

*Moroccan Association for Human Rights CENTRAL OFFICE Communiqué In solidarity with the 850 SMESI workers suspended from work, the MAHR is organizing a caravan of solidarity towards Khouribga

The Moroccan Association for Human Rights (MAHR) followed with concern at both local and central levels the file developments of the 850 SMESI society employees who worked permanently since 2001 in this society belonging to the OCP Group. In consequence of the suspension of all workers and their deprivation of their livelihood, their families, including their school-aged children, are reduced to degradation. Though all Khouribga MAHR section efforts in cooperation with Moroccan Union of Workers trade union (UMT) leading the workers at the local level, and in spite of the great workers struggles, their sacrifices, and the MAHR Central office correspondences addressed to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Employment, the Minister of Energy and Mines and to OCP Director General, officials continued to ignore the workers claims which are mostly:

- The return to work of all suspended employees.

- Respect of liberties and trade union rights and the opening of a serious and responsible dialogue with workers delegates.

- The satisfaction of workers legitimate claims.

Taking into consideration the foregoing and the necessity of rescuing 850 families from a real social degradation, the MAHR central Office decided in cooperation with the local MAHR section to organize, on Sunday, September 13, 2009, a caravan towards Khouribga in solidarity with SMESI workers and their families under the slogan: “No to the workers and their families degradation: Total solidarity for the 850 SMESI workers legitimate rights” The various components of the caravan leaving from different regions of Morocco will arrive at 01 pm in Khouribga. The militant activities planned – in which will take part the caravan members, SMESI workers and their families, their trade-union and the citizens of the region who support their struggle - will finish at around 4.00 pm. Considering the importance of solidarity to impose the SMESI employees return to work, the respect of their rights and the rescue of the 850 concerned families, the MAHR central Office called upon all democratic forces - political, trade union, human rights defenders, youth and women forces and various democratic associations - to participate in the caravan towards Khouribga and to activities planned for this opportunity in order to the success of this noble solidarity act. He also calls upon the OCP Director General and the concerned authorities to open an urgent sincere and fruitful dialogue with workers delegates to put an end to the terrible social consequences of this conflict. ـ 850 عائلة لعمال سميسي ريجي تعرضت للتشريد والتجويع نتيجة توقيف إدارة الفوسفاط بصفة تعسفية لـ 850 عاملا بعد أزيد من 8 سنوات من الاشتغال معها.
ـ مستقبل أبناء العمال في خطر جراء اضطرارهم للانقطاع عن الدراسة.
ـ حقوق العمال هضمت بالكامل نتيجة توقيفهم، ورفض الاعتراف بمكتبهم النقابي المؤسس في إطار الاتحاد المغربي للشغل، وعدم تمكينهم من الإدماج والترسيم في إطار المجمع الشريف للفوسفاط.
ـ الجهات المسؤولة تقف عاجزة أمام سطوة إدارة الفوسفاط أو متواطئة معها، على الرغم من كل النداءات الموجهة لها.

ü استقبال القافلة بشارع مولاي يوسف أمام الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي ( قرب المكانة ) في حدود الساعة الواحدة زوالا (’00 h13).
ü التوجه بعد ذلك بشكل جماعي نحو ساحة المسيرة، حيث ستنظم وقفة تضامنية تتخللها كلمات المكتب المحلي والمكتب المركزي للجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان والاتحاد المحلي ونقابة عمال سميسي ريجي التابعتين للاتحاد المغربي للشغل و هيآت أخرى.
ü الانتقال ابتداء من الساعة الثالثة والربع (’15 h15) نحو مديرية الاستغلالات المنجمية بخريبكة لتنفيذ وقفة احتجاجية رمزية أمامها تنتهي في حدود الساعة الرابعة بعد الزوال (’00 h16).
